Overview
The following is a brief overview. For more detailed information about each process, refer to the Core
Technology manual.
1. Exposure
A xenon lamp [A] exposes the original → the CCD [B] converts reflected light to analog data signal
→ the BICU converts analog signal into digital data, processes it, stores it in memory the → BICU
retrieves the data from memory and uses it to drive the laser. (Each original is scanned once only.)
