Temperature Transition
When the fusing unit is cool, the fusing temperature should be higher to ameliorate the fusing quality. During
copying, the fusing temperature is controlled in four phases as listed in the table. “Default” is the target
fusing temperature of SP1-105-005 (160°C). “Example” is the target fusing temperature of the case where
you specify “165°C” in SP1-105-005.

Copy SP1-105-005 adjusts the fusing temperature of the fourth phase (Ã). You cannot directly adjust the
fusing temperature in the first three phases (À through Â). They are always higher than the fourth phase
(Ã) by 15°C, 10°C, and 5°C respectively.
