parameters set cannot reach the minimum due to the characteristic of the exponential
function itself. The range of the parameters created is related to the fall index
currently set. The larger the fall index is, the wider the range of the parameters will be.
Return Format
The query returns an integer between 0 and 10, for example, 5.
