Description
Sets or queries the number of steps between the maximum and minimum for StairUp,
StairDn, or StairUpDn.
Parameter

Remarks
To create a StairUp, StairDn, or StairUpDn waveform with a complete cycle, <val>
should be smaller than the number of the group of parameters
( :TIMEr:TEMPlet:POINTs ).
Return Format
The query returns the number of steps between the maximum and minimum for the
waveform, for example, 30.
