If [:SOURce[<n>]] or [<n>] is omitted, the command sets the corresponding
parameter of the channel currently selected.
<numeric value> is the step size specified. DEFault is the default value. The
default values of <numeric value> are as shown in the table below.

Select UP or DOWN and executes
[:SOURce[<n>]]:CURRent[:LEVel][:IMMediate]
[:AMPLitude]
, and the instrument will step up or down the current by the step
size set in this command.

The query returns the step size, for example, 0.1000.
