Section 6. Replacement Procedures
STEP PROCEDURE
1. Switch the printer OFF and disconnect the power cord.
2. Unfasten (5) screws from the left side cover and remove.
3. Remove (1) Item 3 screw to detach Item 5 Sensor.
4. Detach Item 4 connector.
5. Remove and replace the sensor.
6. Reattach Item 4 connector.
7. Replace the left side cover.
8. Refer to Section 4.13 “Checking the Ribbon Sensor”.
