5.3 Boot completed
Introduction
After an error-free boot of the NCU, it displays the following:
• Number "6" and a flashing point
• LED RUN illuminates GREEN continuously
To resume the startup on the user interface of the HMI, the following operator input
sequence steps are necessary:
Operator input sequence steps for entry into startup
1. Press <Menu Select> , or the <F10> key on the PG/PC.
2. Press "Commissioning".
3. Press "Password...".
4. Press "Set password".
5. Enter the manufacturer's password "SUNRISE".
6. Press "OK".
The following figure displays the user interface which is used during commissioning of the
PLC to initiate a "NCK reset".

Run-up has been completed.
In the following step commissioning of the PLC is done with the SIMATIC Manager.
