Tool wear: Fine offset
If you at least have the right entered in MD 9202:
USER_CLASS_TOA_WEAR, you can incrementally change the
values of the tool fine offset. The difference between the old and new
values must not exceed the limit stored in MD 9450:
WRITE_TOA_FINE_LIMIT.
