The brush unit goes up if situation allows it.
Check brush lowering motor, wires and connections.

The brush lowering motor is turned OFF.

433 Brush lowering time out No change of brush lowering signal during 15s. The
brush unit goes up.
Check brush lowering motor, wires and connections.

434 Brush lowering over current Over current has been detected during up sequence of
brush lowering motor.
Check brush lowering mechanism, brush lowering motor,
wires and connections.

tor is turned OFF

500 Traction motor no load No current for traction motor has been detected. The
machine would still work.
Check traction motor, traction relay, wires and connec-
tions.

502 Traction motor over current Over current has been detected during 60s and is limited
to a lower current (40A) for 60s.
Check site (e.g. ramps) traction motor, wires and connec-
tions.

504 Traction motor short circuit Short circuit traction motor has been detected. The ma-
chine does not drive.
Check traction motor, wires and connections.
No drive movement E0504
511 Encoder signal difference Difference between signal A and B has been detected.
Machine works with reduced speed.
Check encoder, wires and connections.
