NOTES
• Label all hydraulic hoses and record their locations to
ensure correct installation.
• Plug hydraulic hoses after disconnecting to prevent
loss of hydraulic oil.
6. Disconnect hydraulic hose (1) from steering valve
port “Aux.”
7. Disconnect hydraulic hose (2) from steering valve
port “In.”
8. Disconnect hydraulic hose (3) from steering valve
port “RT.”
9. Disconnect hydraulic hose (4) from steering valve
port “LT.”
10. Disconnect hydraulic hose (5) from steering valve
port “Out.”

11. Support the steering valve (9).
12. Remove four lock nuts (6) and flat washers (7).
13. Remove steering valve (9) from bracket (8).
Installation Notes
• Install the steering valve by reversing the order of
removal.
• Check hydraulic oil level. Add oil as needed.
• Start the machine and check for hydraulic leaks and
cylinder operation. Repair as necessary.
