Place paper in the drawer(s).

Place the original(s).

Confirm that the simplex/duplex button on the basic menu is [1 -> 1
SIMPLEX].
If [1 -> 1 SIMPLEX] is not shown, press the simplex/duplex button to display the next
menu, and then press the [1 -> 1 SIMPLEX] button on that menu.
Set other copy modes as required.

Press the [START] button.
