Configuration - Serial Interface Mode
no ppp authentication
Use the Serial Interface no ppp authentication command disable PPP authentication. To enable
PPP authentication, see ppp authentication command on page 13-21.
Syntax: (config-int-ser-{n})# no ppp authentication
Example: (config-int-ser-1)# no ppp authentication

no ppp encryption
Use the Serial Interface no ppp encryption command to disable PPP encryption. To enable PPP
encryption, see ppp encryption command on page 13-21.
