Removing the FI/FD inner source
To remove the FI/FD inner source:
1. In MassLynx Tune window, click , to switch the instrument into
Standby.
2. Withdraw the probe until the retaining stopper clicks in the first stop.
3. Close the source isolation valve.
4. Open the vent valve, you will hear a small hiss.
5. Close the vent valve.
Caution: Do not leave the FI/FD inner source probe in the
retracted position when not in use. Remove the probe from the
instrument.
