Lock Mass When acquiring in centroid mode each spectrum is
corrected by setting the mass of a known peak to an
exact mass entered in this field.

Note: The lock mass is customarily determined using
the Instrument Setup wizard.

Mass Window +/- The window around the lock mass that is used to look
for the peak in the data. Set this value to 0.2 to 0.5.
Low Mass
Cut-Off
When selected, enables the low mass cut-off
functionality.
