Instruction
How to empty the water separator.
Step
Approach

Loosen the drain valve (pos. 6, Fig. 9-2), until condensation of water
discharges.

Close the drain valve, after the collection container (pos. 5, Fig. 9-2) is
completely drained.

Turn the storage tank counter-clockwise and remove it.

Check the filter element (pos. 7, Fig. 9-2) for contamination, and replace if
necessary.

Install the collection container.

After switching on the compressed air, use the pressure gauge to check
(pos. 4, Fig. 9-2) the system pressure.

- Use only original spare parts or parts explicitly approved by the
Bluhm Weber Group.
The (standard) spare parts of the labeler are separately documented and included in the
scope of delivery. Depending on the agreement, the documentation will include customer-
specific spare parts lists.
The wear parts are listed there and classified through Service Level ("1" and "2").
We will gladly accept your documentation wishes, and provide you with a corresponding
quote. For this, we kindly ask you to contact your System Consultant.
Wiring and pneumatic plans
The wiring diagrams are separately documented and included in the scope of delivery.
The pneumatics diagram is a component of the wiring diagram.
