Attachment of the labeler
In systems without an adapter module, the labeler is suspended in the basic module (drive
unit). Systems with adapter module are suspended above.

System mounting on a Bluhm Weber Group base!
If the system is mounted on a base of the Bluhm Weber Group, please follow the installa-
tion instructions.
Prerequisites
The labeler is completely mounted (on the base > see note above) and prepared
(see chapter "Transport"), in the area of the labelling station.
In accordance with the Chapter "Technical data", connections for compressed air
and electricity are installed in the vicinity of the labeling site (max 1.50 metres
away).
The base area is solid, horizontal and level.
Tools required
Wrench (for the foot plate adjustment)

Instruction
This is how to install the labeler.
Position the labeler at the place of use. Thereby, observe all points regard-
ing the "Positioning of the labeler" on page 36.
Horizontally align the labeling machine with a spirit level, using the adjusta-
ble feet. (with castors, lock the parking brakes).
Connecting the labeler
The labeler requires electrical powerand, and possibly compressed air for its proper func-
tion. The details can be found in the Chapter "Technical Specifications".
