Service menu
The service menu can be reached from the status menu by pressing the adjustment but-
ton for a short time and turning it in the clockwise direction.
This menu includes some basic settings of the labeler. Briefly press the adjustment button
to get to the sub-menus.
Press the adjustment button for a long time (>3 seconds) to leave the service menu.

from page 71 onwards. Information on password input is provided on page 73.

Automatic label calibration (Teach)
Here you have the option of activating the calibra-
tion function of the labeler when the label ex-
change is performed. With this, the labeler auto-
matically recognizes the label length (see pageSe-
ite 81) and the dispensing position (see page 80).
"" results in the activation of label calibration,
while "X" results in deactivation.

Prerequisites
Label liner is inserted.
No product handling.
The labeler is switched on and ready for labeling.
Instruction
How to calibrate the labeler automatically.
During the calibration process, the labeler advances several labels that have
to be removed manually. Stuck-together labels may cause system faults.
Entanglement hazard! Keep away from powered rollers moving system
parts.
Navigate to the "Teaching" menu page.
Activate the calibration function with a tick by pressing and turning the ad-
justment button.
Start the calibration process by pressing the adjustment button. After the
advance, the last label stops flush at the peel bar.
The "ERROR" message is shown when the calibration was not successfully
performed. Repeat Step 3 again.
