7. Settings and commissioning
Safety instructions
Hazards from moving parts.
RISK OF INJURY!
Entanglement and risk of being crushed through pneumatically or
mechanically-powered labeler components. Movements or rota-
tions can start suddenly and abruptly in labeling mode.
- Do not reach into, towards or between moving parts.
- Only wear tight-fitting clothing with tight sleeves and a low ten-
sile strength.
- Wear a safety hair net
- Do not wear any jewellery, bracelets, watches or similar.
Settings
All user-relevant components are highlighted in color (red). The format-related adjust-
ments are additionally marked and scaled. This simplifies position determination and ena-
bles reproducible settings for any format.
The marking consists of the code letter of the respective module and a number (e.g. Basic
Module Liner Brake = M1).
