Reduce the sensitivity. Turn the screw in anticlockwise direction until the
status LED goes off.
Check the setting, for example by moving a pin in the scan area. The pin
must always touch the label roll. When the status LED lights up for a mo-
ment while the pin is in the scan area, the setting has been completed.
Internal version
The functions end of roll warning, end of liner and liner breakage are integrated in the un-
wind module, i.e. the controller determines the label supply through an internal logic.
As soon as the label roll falls below a certain diameter, the warning message "Low la-
bel reached soon" appears in the display and a signal is transmitted. In conjunction
with the 3-colour signal lamp, the signal is indicated by the yellow light.
The labeler will remain operational until the pre-programmed remaining label length has
been used up. Then the labeler will go into malfunction mode and stop, and the error
message "Web end reached“ will appear in the display.
The dancer arm falls to its end stop in case of a liner break. The labeler goes into fault
mode and stops, the error message "Web break“ appears in the display.
AUX IN connector (X11)
The AUX IN socket is used to connect a second product sensor (see page 44). The con-
nection is established as a 5-pin M12 socket.
AUX OUT connector (X12)
The AUX OUT jack is used to connect an optional pneumatic dispenser tongue or an op-
tional "MARKOPRINT” printer. The connection is established as a 5-pin M12 socket.
Pneumatic peeler plate connection (option)
The pneumatic peeler plate is connected through a driver box at the AUX OUT socket of
the labeler.
The pneumatic peeler plate is configured with the machine parameters [Sync 2 Start] and
[Sync 2 Length] (see page 91).
