Instruction
How to perform the daily maintenance/repair.
Clean the drive roller with a roller solvent on a daily basis or after changing
the label roll. For this, spray some roller solvent onto a lint-free cloth and
wipe down the rubber roller. Wait until the drive roller is completely dry, be-
fore you reinstall the label liner.
Check label guides and deflection rollers, as well as the peel bar for any
adhesive deposits / labels (residue). Remove them with label remover or
alcohol.
Spray a cleaning cloth with label remover (alcohol) and wipe all surfaces
carefully with it.
Carefully spray stubborn deposits with a label remover. The exposure time
for PE (polyethylene) labels is significantly longer than for paper labels and
can be between 1 and 10 minutes. Remove the label residue and wipe down
with the cleaning cloth.
If present, check the water separator of the compressed air connection.
Drain it by opening the release valve on the bottom.
