8. Operation
Safety instructions
Hazards from moving parts.
Entanglement and risk of being crushed through pneumatically
or mechanically-powered labeler components.
Movements or rotations can start suddenly and abruptly in label-
ing mode.
- Do not reach into, towards or between moving parts.
- Only wear tight-fitting clothing with tight sleeves and a low
tensile strength.
- Wear a safety hair net
- Do not wear any jewellery, bracelets, watches or similar.
The labeler may only be operated by operators and specialist
staff. (Authorised persons, see Page 21).
Switching the labeler on/off
When switching the labeler on again, wait at least 15 seconds
between switching it off and on.
For the operation, the mains switch must be switched on.
- Switch the power switch to position "I".
The labelling machine is switched off in position "0".
Further operation of the labeler is carried out via the HMI display (see page71).
