Labeler is separated from the voltage and compressed air.
No product handling.
Instruction
How to perform the biannual maintenance/repair.
Check that all sensors are firmly seated.
Annual repair/maintenance (after approx. 2000 operating hours)
Prerequisites
Labeler is separated from the voltage and compressed air.

Instruction
How to perform the annual maintenance/repair.
Check the backing tape winder for wear. Check all belts for wear and the
correct belt tension. Replace everything that is necessary for the system to
work properly.
Check all moving parts for loose connections and possible wear (bearing
clearance). Renew the sealing components.
Check all screw connections for tight fit.
Check all electrical connections.
Check all pneumatic connections (if present).
