Label Length
This parameter is used to set the label length. The
adjustment range is 5 – 9999 mm.
With the calibration function "Teach-in" this value is
determined automatically (see page86).
When using the twin-label function, it can be activated via machine parameter 057
“TwinLabel Md”.
Label Gap
This parameter is used to adjust the distance be-
tween the labels. The setting range is
0.5 - 100.0 mm.
With the calibration function "Teach-in" this value is
determined automatically (see page86).
Labels Burst (Label per trigger)
This parameter is used to set the number of labels
per application cycle (trigger signal). The adjust-
ment range is 1-100.
In the case of multiple labelling (setting value >1),
the label distance must be specified (see parame-
ter "Label/spacing").
Label Distance
When the parameter "Labels per triggering" was
set to the value >1, the desired distance between
the labels (on the product) is set here. The dis-
tance relates to the front edge of the label. The
adjustment range is 5 – 2000 mm.
The setting range can be changed down to a dec-
imal place (0.0-900.0 mm) using the machine pa-
rameter 047 "LabDist resol.”.
Fig. 8-30: Label Distance
Here is the formula for the minimum label distance (EAmin) for control purposes:
(label length + label gap) [in mm] + ------------------------------------------
