10. Troubleshooting
The chapter is divided into 2 areas, "Mechanical errors" and "Messages on the display".
Instructions for performing the troubleshooting is only intended for trained profes-
sionals.
If the maintenance personnel cannot solve the fault, please contact our Service Hotline
(see page 9).
Safety instructions
Danger through a direct or indirect contact with live parts.
If persons come into contact with parts that have become ener-
gized through malfunctions, this can lead to death.
- Disconnect the labeler from the mains voltage before carry-
ing out work on the device.
Hazards from moving parts.
Entanglement and risk of being crushed through pneumatically
or mechanically-powered labeler components.
Movements or rotations can start suddenly and abruptly in label-
ing mode.
- Do not reach into, towards or between moving parts.
- Only wear tight-fitting clothing with tight sleeves and a low
tensile strength.
- Wear a safety hair net
- Do not wear any jewellery, bracelets, watches or similar.
