Ù
Ö Bundle the cooling water hose (cylinder head
cover to thermostat) and cooling water hose
(starboard cooling water pilot outlet), and then
fasten them with a plastic tie to the oil tank boss.
When bundling the hoses, make sure that the
cooling water hose (cylinder head cover to ther-
mostat) is routed on the deck side and that the
cooling water hose (starboard cooling water
pilot outlet) is routed on the engine side.
× Insert the cooling water hose to the paint mark.
Ø Fasten the end of the cooling water hose tube
that is contacting the hose joint with a plastic tie.
Ù Face the ends of the clamps downward.
