When station authority level “L,S,S+R,L+S,L+S+R” is used, control access can be
selected using R/L button or CONTROL function block. IEC 61850 data object
CTRL.LLN0.LocSta and CONTROL function block input CTRL_STA are applicable
for this station authority level.
“Station” and “Local + Station” control access can be reserved by using R/L button or
CONTROL function block in combination with IEC 61850 data object
CTRL.LLN0.LocSta.
