4.6.1.3 Functionality
The three-phase power directional element DPSRDIR is used to detect positive-
sequence power direction. The output of the function is used for blocking or releasing
other functions in protection scheme.
The directional positive-sequence power protection contains a blocking functionality
which blocks function output and resets Timer.
4.6.1.4 Operation principle
The function can be enabled and disabled with the Operation setting. The
corresponding parameter values are "On" and "Off".
The operation of DPSRDIR can be described with a module diagram. All the modules
in the diagram are explained in the next sections.
