1-6 Test Method Program for DC Tests
You can also create a test method program of DC test with the
following DC resources:
• Pin PMU: identifier is PPMU
• High Precision (System) PMU: identifier is SPMU
• DPS: identifier is DPS
For programming a DC test, you can use the following APIs instead
of the Setup, Execution and Result APIs that are shown in "Test
Method Program Flow" on page 401:
where, there are two types of APIs to program PPMUs. You can
select better type for your application.
These APIs perform setting up and execution of a DC test and
retrieve the results instead of Setup API, Execution API and Result
API of the AC test.
You can also use the following APIs for programming a DC test.
• TEST
Judges the DC test result as pass/fail, and performs data logging.
• PMU_AUTORANGE
Sets the autorange mode of PMUs.
