Overview This lesson first explains the two-component design of the Time
Interval Analyzer (front-end module TIA instrument) and repeats
the tasks of the two components.
Then, an overview of the TIA test setup and test execution steps is
given. Details about theses steps will be discussed in the following
lessons.
What you will learn After this lesson you will know which tasks the front-end module
and the TIA instrument perform during a mixed-signal test. You
will also know what measurements can be made with the TIA, and
you will have a general understanding of what to do to set up a
TIA test and to execute it.
