In the DAC Distortion Test Control window you can specify the
tests to be performed, and the test parameters.
SOC DAC Distortion Test Control Window
PIN LIST, LOG LIST, and ROUT LIST are filled in as for the DAC
linearity test.
Measurements
In this section you select the measurements/result calculations to
be performed, and enter the required parameters.
You can choose from the available units and enter the pass/fail
limits.
