1-4 Sampler
The sampler can sample high frequency periodic signals, that
cannot be measured by general waveform digitizers, by using the
undersampling technique.
The following samplers are available:
• E9687A Dual High Speed Sampler (1 GHz input frequency 12-bit)
Software Identifier: SPA
• E9702A 3GHz Sampler (3 GHz input frequency 12-bit)
Software Identifier: SPB
The 1GHz Digitizer module can also be used as a 1 GHz 12-bit
sampler in sampler mode.
