1-3 Waveform Digitizer
The waveform digitizer can digitize the analog signal output from
the DUT, then store the digitized waveform data in the waveform
memory in real time. The waveform sequencer controls the
waveform memory area where data is stored, and the number of
sample points that are taken. In addition, you can specify the
number of sample points to be discarded initially after the
digitizer starts, and in between samples (inter discard).
The following types of waveform digitizers are available:
E9686A High Resolution Digitizer (2 MSamples/s (2 Msps) 16-bit)
Software Identifier: WDB
E9707A 20MHz Digitizer (5 Msps 16-bit)
Software Identifier: WDE
E9684A High Speed Digitizer (41 Msps 12-bit)
Software Identifier: WDA
E9720A 100MHz Digitizer (105 Msps 14-bit)
Software Identifier: WDG
E9704A 1GHz Digitizer (1 GHz 12-bit sampler / 320 Msps 12-bit
digitizer)
Software Identifier: WDD
Multi-site Baseband Analog Source&Measure,
Multi-site Baseband Analog Measure:
Software identifier: MCA
Audio digitizer (200 ksps 24-bit)
Video digitizer (65 Msps 14-bit)
