3FE 50774 AE The ONT provides eight RJ-11
POTS ports, one RJ-45 GigE port
which supports
10/100/1000Base-T
auto-negotiation, one type-F
coaxial RF video port, and two
RJ-48C DS1/E1 ports. The ONT
terminates voice, data and IP
video, RF video, and CES DS1/E1
services and supports rates of
2.488 Gb/s downstream and
1.244 Gb/s upstream for optical
traffic.
The 10/100Base-T Ethernet
port supports wirespeed rates
of up to 100 Mb/s downstream
and 100 Mb/s upstream for
customers that use an average
PC with normal data traffic. The
1000Base-T GigE ports support
average rates from 200 Mb/s to
500 Mb/s, based on packet size.

The backup battery provides up

power is lost. The UPS provides
alarms to indicate the
operational status of the unit.

h at 8 W of temporary power if
power is lost.
The DUPS-1215 provides alarms
to indicate the operational
status of the unit. The
DUPS-1215 includes an optional
8-pin Molex output power cord
that connects to the ONT in
addition to a regular power
cord.
