10 Connect the ground wire (DLP 147). Optional, as required.
The ground is a range of 1/2 to 5/8 inch strip length with outer jacket aligned with
the outer surface of the enclosure.
11 Connect up to four Ethernet cables to the RJ-45 ports (DLP 101).
12 Connect up to four DS1 cables to the RJ-48C ports (DLP 104).
13 If used, configure the SLID (DLP 129).
14 Connect the fiber optic cable to the B-0404G-B business ONT.
i Route the fiber optic cable to the ONT.
ii Plug the SC/APC adaptor into the fiber optic port located on the back of the
ONT unit (DLP 125).
15 Connect the B-0404G-B business ONT to a UPS.
i Install the UPS (DLP 110).
ii Plug the optional 8-pin Molex output power cord in to the ONT power
connector (DLP 115).
16 Verify the ONT LEDs, voltage status, and optical signal levels (DLP 127).
17 Activate and test the services (DLP 128).
18 STOP. This procedure is complete.
