19.11 I-010S-P and O-010S-P standards compliance
The I-010S-P and O-010S-P meet the following standards:
• SFP MSA SFF-8432-compliant digital diagnostics
• GR-468-CORE
• G.984.5
• G.988-compliant OMCI support
• RoHS
• TR-156
19.12 Special considerations
The I-010S-P and O-010S-P SFP ONTs have the following restrictions:
• Auto-negotiation on the GigE Link is not supported. It is set as 1G link.
• Dying gasp is not supported.
• ONT upgrade will be slower than normal and could take up to 8 minutes.
• EMAC traffic loopback not supported.
R04.06.70 p-bit value translation
ONTs running R04.06.70 software will change their behavior; they will not translate
the p-bit values in the downstream direction. In that sense, the ONTs running
R04.06.70 software interpret the request from the OLT in a way that is different from
the OMCI standard. This only applies for R04.06.70.
