Procedure 6-31 To retrieve a trace log
1 Ensure that tracing has been disabled; see Procedure 6-30.
2 From the Trace Management window shown in Figure 6-28, choose a log file from
the list of log files to view, and click on the Show button.

A screen displays the trace information in the log file. Figure 6-29 shows a sample
ARP log file.

Note — The list of log files includes only the traffic that was enabled
for tracing in Procedure 6-29.
Note — The log file is not permanently stored on the ONT, and can be
lost after an ONT power cycle or reboot.
