Service
I-040G-P ONT must be enabled for port-to-port
communication to support the flexible mode. In this
communication mode, a business service can only be
configured on port 1, and the service is replicated on the
other enabled ONT UNI ports.

The following are not supported:
• both VLAN translation and VLAN pass-through on traffic
using the same p-bit across the same UNI
• VLAN translation when networksidevlan is 4096 and
unisidevlan is 0 to 4094. Upstream traffic is classified
and forwarded as pass-through traffic. Downstream
traffic is not translated to the unisidevlan setting.

Downstream p-bit translation is not supported when the
flow is configured for VLAN pass-through. In this case, the
following applies:
• a flow with networksidevlan 4096 and unisidevlan 4096,
will pass downstream p-bits to the UNI unchanged
• a flow with networksidevlan and unisidevlan set to the
same value (0 to 4094), will pass downstream p-bits to
the UNI changed to the highest p-bit value specified by
the PQ profile
When all of the following apply, the highest UNI-side p-bit
value defined in the p-bit translation profile is used:
• unisidevlan is 0 to 4094 and networksidevlan is 0 to
4094, or unisidevlan is 4096 and networksidevlan is
4096
• pbitxlprofid/nm is not 0
• p-bit translation is not defined for the downstream
p-bit in the p-bit translation profile
