Figure NTP 122-1: I-010G-B, I-020G-M, or I-040G-B indoor ONT connections
Figure NTP 122-1 shows four available Ethernet connectors for an I-040G-B indoor
ONT. The I-010G-B and I-020G-M ONT are identical to the I-040G-B ONT except for
the number of populated Ethernet ports.
4 Replace the ONT with a new unit:
a On a flat surface, such as a desk, substitute the replacement ONT for the old
ONT that is resting horizontally; go to step 5.
b In a stand.
i Unsnap the old ONT unit from the channels built into the stand. Snap
the replacement ONT into the channels built into the stand, ensuring it
is securely held.
ii Place the new ONT with stand vertically on a flat surface; go to step 5.
c On a wall.
i Slide the old ONT upward and then away from the two mounting screws
until the ONT is free of the wall.
ii Install the replacement ONT following the wall mounting instructions
for an I-010G-B indoor ONT (DLP 122).
5 Connect as many Ethernet cable to the RJ-45 ports (DLP 101) as are required.
a For the I-010G-B indoor ONT, connect one cable.
b For the I-020G-M indoor ONT, connect two cables.
c For the I-040G-B indoor ONT, connect four cables.
