Purpose
This NTP provides the steps to replace an B-8102-A or B-8112-A business ONT.

You need the following tools for replacing the ONT:
• #2 Phillips screwdriver
• 1/4 in. (6 mm) flat blade screwdriver
• 1/8 in. (3 mm) flat blade screwdriver
• type 216 hex bolt security wrench or
• security wrench for pinned 5/32 in. (4 mm) Allen-type tamper-resistant screws
• insulated side cutters
• electrician’s knife
• wire stripper
• fiber optic splicing tools
• RJ-45 cable plug crimp tool
• voltmeter or multimeter
• optical power meter
• drill and drill bits
