operational status of the VCC.
The following integers are valid
values:

4 localUpEnd2endUnknown
5 localDown
VPI. The Virtual Channel Identi-
fier at this ATM interface. Valid
values range from 0 to 4095. For
virtual interfaces, this value has
no meaning and is set to zero.
VCI. The Virtual Channel Identifi-
er at this ATM interface. Valid val-
ues range from 0 to 65535. For
virtual interfaces, this value has no
meaning and is set to zero.
Port Index. The port number which
identifies this ATM interface. Valid
values range from 0 to
2147483647.
