Important Note:
Washing machine is in NTC open circuit /
short circuit and Heater open circuit
statuses; that is, if there is E1 or E2 error,
machine cold washes and ends the
programme before the heater is activated.

card
Open back cover of machine. Measure the
heater resistance by removing at least one
of the heater ends; is the resistance 25
Ohm? (Figure E3-3)
Replace the heater.
Is there short circuit between pin 1 and pin
2 on KN24 connector? Check this.

Check the water level sensor.
When the machine is empty
and energized, perform
frequency measurement
between the pins 1 and 2. It
must be around 625 Hertz.
