10.10. Step nr. 9: Prewash Valve and POrewash Valve Flowmeter control
Explanation:
Prewash valve
Water is taken from Prewash Valve until the read water level frequency falls below ""Pdoor +
16.0 Hz"
(until the water level increases by "Pdoor+ 16.0 Hz").
Once the level is completed, Prewash Valve will be turned off automatically and Prewash
Flowmeter "Pulse" value is read. The "Pulse" number read must be greater than 800.
Indicators on the interface:
"Test" is displayed on the remining time indicator.
Condition to switch to the next step:
If there is no flowmeter error at the end of the process, next step automatically starts.
If there is flowmeter error, System goes to the “Displaying of the errors occurred on the Test
Mode” step which is the last step of “Test” mode.
Timeout: If “Start/Pause” button is not pressed in 2 minutes, "OFF" mode is started.
Switching to the next step:
NOTE : If "ON/OFF" button is pressed for 3 seconds, machine goes to "OFF" mode.
10.11. Step nr. 10: Main Wash Valve and Main Wash Valve Flowmeter control
Explanation:
Main Wash Valve is driven.
Water is taken from Main Wash Valve until the read water level frequency falls below "Pdoor"
(until the water level increases by "Pdoor"). Once the level is completed, Main Wash Valve
will be turned off automatically and Main Wash Flowmeter "Pulse" value is read. The "Pulse"
number read must be greater than 920.
Warnings to be viwed on the LCD:
. "Test" is displayed on the remining time indicator.
Condition to switch to the next step:
If there is no flowmeter error at the end of the process, next step automatically starts.
If there is flowmeter error, System goes to the “Displaying of the errors occurred on the Test
Mode” step which is the last step of “Test” mode.
