o Number of opening: If 1, low load,
o Number of opening: If 2 or 3, medium load,
o Number of opening: If >3, high load is detected.
If the machine is 9 kg, max. number of water intake in Cottons programme is limited
with 8.
o Number of opening: If 1, low load,
o Number of opening: If 2 or 3, medium load,
o Number of opening: If >3, high load is detected.
Max. water intake number may vary depending on the energy declaration
target.
In the Synthetics programme,
o Number of opening: If 1 or 2, low load,
o Number of opening: If >2, medium load is detected.
Depending on the load being low or high, wash parameters such as duration
of heating step and rinse water amount are changed.
If water intakes have been performed via water level sensor instead of water
counter, load will not be detected; washing is carried out over medium load
parameters.
6. After the main water intake is completed, a step called 'water completion step' is
realized. This is a step realized to complete the water amount according to the
determined amount of load once the load amount is detected. It is carried out before
the heating step.
7. When the water level drops below the Psafety (Pg) level during heating and post-
heating steps, heater is turned off. Water is taken from the main wash valve.
8.2. Heating Profile
Hysteresis profile is used in all programmes.
The issue of the quantity of hysteresis according to the programme is included in the
variables file.
In programmes where the risk of damage to the textile such as woolens and hand wash,
hysteresis value is kept high. For this reason, heating profiles of these programmes may be
seen as without hysteresis. However, under bad conditions such as very low water input
temperature, hysteresis may be seen.
