10.14. Step nr. 13: Heater control
Water level sensor control
Flowmeter control
Explanation:
Water Level Sensor control is perfromed. If there is water level sensor error, system goes to
the “Displaying of the errors occurred on the Test Mode” step which is the last step of “Test”
mode. Heater is not driven.
NTC control is performed. If there is error, System goes to the “Displaying of the errors
occurred on the Test Mode” step which is the last step of “Test” mode. Heater is not driven.
All flowmeters are controlled. Each Flowmeter pulse value must be greater than 50. If less
than 50, system goes to the “Displaying of the errors occurred on the Test Mode” step which
is the last step of “Test” mode. Heater is not driven.
If the water level frequency is above 'Psafety - 20.0 Hz' (if there is water below this level), all
valves are opened to complete the water level.
If the water level frequency is below 'Psafety - 20.0 Hz' (if there is water above this level):
If it is defined in the machine, jet pump is also driven together with the heater.
Motor is rotated 52 rpm clockwise.
Psafety level can be found in the variable file.
The level which is defined in this step is a level between the Psafety level and the Pdoor
level.
Indicators on the interface:
If there is not any error, water temperature is displayed in the remaining time field. "XX ".
Condition to switch to the next step:
If there is not any error (if everything is normal), after water intake is finished and water
temperature is displayed;
i) If “Start/Pause” button is pressed;
or
ii) When the water temperature goes by +5 C above the value read after water intake is
completed and heater is started to be driven.
Switching to the next step:
“Start / Pause” button is pressed.
NOTE : If "ON/OFF" button is pressed for 3 seconds, machine goes to "OFF" mode.
