Rear Cover is removed.
Inner pin is pushed backwards by a
conic-head pin or awl.
The pin which is pushed
backwards is pulled out by pliers.
Body pin that is exposed is pulled
by by praying with a flat
screwdriver.
Shock absorber pin is attached
with the help of shock absorber
Make sure that the belt centers
the pulley (that it is not closer
than 1.5mm to the pulley edge)
by turning the pulley, to which
the belt is attached, at least 2-3
turns.
Check by turning the
pulley at least two or
three turns.
FAULTY ATTACHMENT
Belt pulley is not centered (it is closer to the
pulley edge more than 1.5 mm.)
