10.17. Step nr. 16: Displaying of the Errors Occurred in the Service Mode
Explanation:
All components are switched off.
Error encountered is shown in the “Remaining time” segment and if a safety algorithm related
to error is defined, this is applied. System switches to "OFF Mode" once the Safety Algorithm
is completed.
If there are more than one error in the “Test Mode”, the error with the highest risk level is
displayed first and the safety algorithm for this error is applied, if any.
After resolving this error, when “Test Mode” is selected, the error with next highest risk level
is detected, its error code is displayed and the safety algorithm, if any, for this error is
applied.
Errors encountered in the "Test Mode" are not written in EEPROM. That is, they are not
permanent. When entering and exiting the Test Mode, this error code is deleted from the
volatile memory (by applying the error algorithm, or through switching off the machine by
pressing the “ON/OFF” button for 3 seconds or disenergising it). Each time the Test Mode is
entered, the error is detected again if it was not resolved. If it was resolved, it will not be
displayed again.
If there is not any error, OK is displayed in the remaining time field.
Indicators on the interface:
If there is error, error code is written as "E XX" in the remaining time field. start symbol will be
ON when error algorithm is running.
If there is not any error code, "OK" is displayed in the remaining time field until "Start" button
is pressed.
Condition to switch to the next step:
If there is error, related safety algorithm is applied and switched to off mode. If there is not a
defined error algorithm, machine will wait and show the error code.
If there is not any error code, "XX" is displayed in the remaining time field until "Start" button
is pressed.
Timeout: If there is not any error and “Start/Pause” button is not pressed within 2 minutes,
"OFF" mode is started.
Switching to the next step:
If there is error, first step of the test mode is entered when start button is pressed.
If there is not any error, next step will be switched to when start button is pressed.
NOTE : If "ON/OFF" button is pressed for 3 seconds, machine goes to "OFF" mode.
