10. SERVICE FUNCTION TEST
WARNING: ıf any safet problem arises during test, #16 "Displaying Errors that Occur in
Service Mode" will be switched to.
10.1. Step nr. 0: Entering the service programme
Explanation:
Machine is turned off by the "on/off" button.
While the '1st aux. function' button and '2nd aux. function' button are pressed concurrently,
machine is turned on by the "ON / OFF" button.
If child lock was enabled before the machine is turned off, child lock is deactivated.
Indicators on the interface
"Test" is displayed on the remining time indicator. Other symbols are in OFF mode. When
the door is locked, WM symbol and door lock symbol turn 'On'.
If the door is open or cannot be locked, WM symbol and door lock symbol flash.
Condition to switch to the next step:
1) Door should be locked;
2) Process of sending motor parameters to the motor card must be completed (approx. 7-8
sec).
If “Start / Pause” button is pressed before synchronisation is completed, "test" label will flash.
It automatically switches to the next step once sending the motor parameters is completed.
Timeout: If “Start/Pause” button is not pressed in 2 minutes, "OFF" mode is started.
Switching to the next step:
“Start/Pause” button is pressed.
NOTE : If "ON/OFF" button is pressed for 3 seconds, machine goes to "OFF" mode.
10.2. Step nr. 1: Error code control
Explanation:
Indicators on the interface:
Last error code recorded in the remaining time indicator is displayed. "E --"
The other last 4 errors recorded are also displayed consecutively once the encoder is turned
clockwise.
First error code belongs to the last cycle; it there is no error, "E--" is displayed.
Condition to switch to the next step:
Timeout: If “Start/Pause” button is not pressed in 2 minutes, "OFF" mode is started.
Switching to the next step:
“Start/Pause” button is pressed.
NOTE : If "ON/OFF" button is pressed for 3 seconds, machine goes to "OFF" mode.
