8. In the ‘Access Point PIN Code’ field, enter the modem's personal identification number

(PIN), obtained from your Internet Service Provider.

9. In the 'Access Point PUK Code' field, enter the SIM’s PIN Unlock Key obtained from

your Internet Service Provider.

10. Click OK.
