20.3.5 Frame radiator right module
About
For ease of access to the cooling p ump for the DMD, it may be eas ier to re move two laser driver boards and PCB Thermal hub
board first. These b oards can be rem oved as one unit, m ounted in the laser driver cage.
It is also possible to acces s the pumps without removing laser drivers, but that requires you have flexible hex tools.
It w ill be an advantage to loosen the pump modules as the first step, to minimize stress on the tubes for the cooling liquid. It may
sometimes happen that the spacer for the spring loaded screws detaches instead of the screw itself. This is not a problem in itself;
just bring it back in the same position during reassembly.
1. Remove 2 screws (Tx10 M4x8) securing frame radiator center to bracket.
2. Remove 1 screw (Tx10 M3x8) securing left radiator frame to the hos uing bottom.
3. Follow the same procedure as described in "Remove Frame Radiator Left M odule", page 98, s tep 3 and forward.
