20.3.6 Reassembly of ra diator modules
Surface of DM D heatsink, Laser cluster c opper surface must be properly cleaned before new pum p is mounted. U se p lastic item
and/or Isopropanol to remove old heat paste.
If Pum ps are released for service purposes pump surface also needs to be cleaned,
1. Remov e old thermal gasket using a plastic card or similar ( no m etallic items).
2. Clean copper surface with an optical cloth and Isopropanol or methylated sp irit

3. Add new gasket to the copper surface of th
e new c ooling p ump, use a plastic c ard to make the new gasket s tick properly.
4. Remov e the thin plastic film from new gasket and mount cooling pu mp to the Laser cluster. Mount screws in diagonal order.
